Absolute Accounting Ltd. (registered office: 2030 Érd, Otelló utca 41; e-mail: szaboistvanne.eszter@gmail.com), as Service Provider, defines in this policy the conditions of withdrawal and refunds regarding the tax and business consulting services provided by our company.

Our company does not sell products; we provide services only.

2. Right of Withdrawal

You are entitled to withdraw from the use of the service within 14 days from the date of concluding the contract, without providing any reason.

If the performance of the service has begun with your express consent before the expiry of the 14-day period, and the service has been fully completed, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised.

3. How to Withdraw

Your intention to withdraw must be communicated in a clear written statement to the following contact:

The withdrawal statement must include:

• your name,

• the date of the contract or order,

• a clear declaration that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

4. Conditions of Refund

• If withdrawal takes place before the service has begun, the full amount of the fee paid will be refunded.

• If the service has begun but has not yet been completed, a proportional fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

• If the service has been fully performed, no refund is possible.

5. Method and Deadline of Refund

Refunds will be made within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal statement, using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless you request another method that does not incur additional costs.
